It prosecutes trademark infringement and/or unfair competition cases before the Intellectual Property Office or the regular courts. Its litigation experience in trademark matters is long and deep.

The Firm is an active participant in intellectual property rights enforcement, including the filing and hearing of search warrant applications with Philippine courts, coordination with government enforcement agencies like the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Philippine National Police (PNP), participation in the actual conduct of raid actions, and the subsequent filing and aggressive prosecution of civil and/or criminal complaints with Philippine courts against pirates as well as negotiations for an amicable settlement with the raided establishments on behalf of trademark rights holders. The Firm also helps strengthen the protection of its foreign clients' intellectual property rights by effecting the registration of its clients' intellectual property with the Bureau of Customs of the Philippines as a form of border control. This provides added protection to the clients' intellectual property rights and minimizes, if not eliminates, the importation into the Philippines of counterfeit and/or pirated goods.
